How to view transactions and download invoices?

Follow these steps to buy a package on the Gsale app:
1.Go to My Account by tapping on Me from the app&rsquo;s main menu. 2. Click on Buy Packages &amp; My Orders ,Then tap Buy Packages. 3.Choose the relevant product category for which you want to buy a package. 4.Verify the total payable amount for the selected package and tap on Proceed to checkout. 5.Tap on Make a payment and pick your preferred payment method 6.Follow the payment steps and complete the transaction
Once completed, your package will be activated, allowing you to post more ads as per its terms.

How to purchase a package?

Gsale offers different packages to enhance your ad visibility and allow more postings. Here&rsquo;s a breakdown of the available packages and how they work:
1.Freebie
 Users can post 3 ads in each category for for free
2.Speed(Fast Selling)
 This option highlights your active ad with a yellow Sponsored tag by placing it in a premium spot (top) for a specific time frame and until more ads are posted for that specific location.Keeps your ad visible to potential buyers over time, ensuring that it doesn&rsquo;t get buried under newer listings, helping you attract more attention.
3. Post more ads
 This package allows you to post additional ads when you&rsquo;ve reached your free ad posting limit for a particular category.Good for users who have multiple items to sell and need to post more ads without waiting for the limit to reset.

What are the different packages and how can i use them?

Please note that once a package is purchased, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

What should i do if i purchased the wrong package by mistake?

&nbsp;1. From the homepage,click on Me to open My account &nbsp;2. After entering My Account, click on Buy Packages &amp; My Orders, then tap on My Packages. &nbsp;3 .You will be able to see Active and Expired packages

Where can i see my paid packages and their validity?

1. Ad Expiry
The Ad might have expired, causing the package to no longer be applicable.
2. Ad Rejection
If you or the platform rejected or deleted the ad, the package would no longer be applied.
3. Package Limit
The package might have reached its limit or expired if it was set for a specific duration or number of uses. Please check the My Order section to check the package details.
4. Policy Violation
If the ad was removed due to a policy violation, the package would no longer be valid.
5. Ad reclassification
If your ad was reclassifieded to a different category by Gsale as it was posted in the wrong category originally, the package may not be valid in the new category.
